General Terms

• All prices are subject to change at the company's discretion.
• All offers, promotions, and discounts are valid only during the specified promotional period.
• Offers are valid in-clinic and online (unless otherwise stated).
• Services and products included in packages cannot be exchanged for cash but may be substituted for other eligible treatments at the clinic's discretion.
• All clients must attend a consultation and complete a signed consent form prior to any treatment.
• Australian Laser Clinics reserves the right to determine suitable treatments for each client.

Current Offers

• Current promotional offers are available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
• Offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, package, or voucher.
• Only one offer may be applied per client, per transaction.
• Offers apply to full-priced treatments and services only, unless otherwise stated.
• Australian Laser Clinics UAE reserves the right to determine eligibility for any offer at its sole discretion.

Consultations

• A complimentary consultation is required before commencing any treatment.
• Our medical team reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment based on professional assessment.
• Clients must be over 18 years of age for injectable and cosmetic treatments.

Promotions & Discounts

• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
• Discounts apply to full-priced treatments only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Promotions are not redeemable for cash, credit, or product purchases.
• Australian Laser Clinics UAE reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Booking Deposit

• A 200 AED deposit is required to confirm all treatment appointments.
• This deposit is non-refundable.
• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedules made within this window are still honoured, and the deposit carries over to the new appointment date.
• If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or not rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited.
• The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the treatment at the time of the appointment.

Pre-Paid Treatment Packages

• Prepaid packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Packages must be used by a single client only and cannot be split between individuals.
• Treatments within a package must be used at the clinic where purchased.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
• Packages cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services unless approved by management.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• No change will be given; remaining balance will stay valid until expiry.
• Gift cards are redeemable only at the specified clinic of issue.
• Lost or expired vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Injectable Treatments

• All injectable clients must undergo a medical consultation prior to treatment.
• Clients must be medically cleared and deemed suitable by one of our licensed practitioners.
• A deposit may be required to secure injectable appointments.
• The total price depends on the number of units and product type recommended by the practitioner.
• For legal reasons in the UAE, product brand names for anti-wrinkle injections and fillers cannot be advertised publicly.
• Australian Laser Clinics UAE reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, by booking a treatment or purchasing a package you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy.

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment start time, or if you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to:

• Require forfeiture of one treatment from your package, or
• Require forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Loyalty Program

The Australian Laser Clinics Loyalty Program begins on 1st August 2026.

• Points cannot be applied retroactively to appointments booked or completed before this date.
• Members earn 1 point for every 1 AED spent on all in-store purchases, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, injectables, retail products, and gift cards.
• Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of booking. Points not redeemed within this period will expire.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts, including between family members and friends. Points can only be earned and redeemed under the account of the client who made the purchase.
• Once a member accumulates 10,000 points, they may redeem one (1) of the following rewards, free of charge:
• Trinity Facial, or
• Deluxe HydraFacial, or
• 1 session of Bikini & Underarm laser (for females), or
• 1 session of Beard Sculpting (for males)
• Upon redemption, the points balance will reset to zero. Members must accumulate a further 10,000 points to unlock their next reward.
• Only one reward may be redeemed per 10,000-point cycle. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
• Australian Laser Clinics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program, or any part of these terms, at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy

• Treatments and products cannot be transferred to another person or clinic.
• Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind or change of circumstances.
• Refunds are not available for completed or partially used treatments.
• Refunds for prepaid packages are subject to management review and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
• To assist us in reviewing a refund request, clients may be asked to provide relevant information or documentation (e.g. a medical letter confirming a treatment is not suitable). Without this documentation, we are unable to assess or approve refund requests.

Liability

• Australian Laser Clinics UAE is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from services performed, except where required by UAE law.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical and personal information before treatment.
